About the Role
Class A CDL Milk Hauling Support Driver
Red Stag LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Class A CDL Milk Hauling Support Drivers to load and haul milk in tankers from local dairy farms across multiple regions. In this support/relief role, drivers will travel as needed to fill coverage gaps, assist with new route start-ups, and ensure uninterrupted service by safely and efficiently transporting liquid dairy products to processing plants for our dedicated customers.
This position is ideal for experienced drivers who are flexible, reliable, and team-oriented. Prior dairy hauling experience is a plus.

Type: Full-Time | Support / Relief Driver
Hiring: Multiple drivers
Schedule: Flexible; includes weekends and holidays as needed
Minimum Support Assignment: 2–4 weeks per location
Home Base: Assigned yard closest to your residence

Previous milk hauling experience preferred
Tanker experience preferred

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
Minimum age: 23 years old
Minimum 2 years of driving experience
Minimum 1 year of liquid tanker hauling experience
Ability to obtain and maintain Milk Handler Certification
Current DOT Medical Card
Familiarity with ELDs (Electronic Logging Devices)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to drop and hook trailers
Ability to climb ladders to check trailer seals
Strong navigation and route problem-solving skills
