Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Tech to support daily operations at our Rocky Mount location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of outdoor work and hands-on tasks in a shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain yard appearance (mowing, weed eating, general upkeep)
Clean and organize truck and pump parts
Assist with routine yard checks
Support mechanics and office staff with daily tasks
Clean bathrooms and dispose of trash
Fuel trucks and check/air up tires
Schedule
Approximately 6 hours per day
Monday through Friday
Flexible scheduling options available
Qualifications
GED or high school diploma preferred.
Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and dependability
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to climb ladders to heights, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and squat regularly
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit for extended periods, and reach overhead as needed
