CIP Wash Tech

CIP Wash Bay Tech is responsible for cleaning trucks and performing internal trailer washes, ensuring all equipment meets cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain trailer wash equipment

• Perform internal trailer washes and sanitation for both company and customer units

• Climb ladders and access equipment at various heights as required

• Follow all established safety procedures and protocols

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

• Maintain a clean and organized facility at all times

• Monitor and restock supplies; maintain appropriate inventory levels

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs as needed

• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Perform general property maintenance as needed

• Complete other related duties as assigned by supervision

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily performed outdoors and in wash bay areas

• Exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions

• Physical activity, including bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

  
  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License

• Previous experience in a wash bay or related field is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift 50 pounds, sit for an extended period, and reach overhead
