CIP Wash Bay Tech

Red Stag LLC is hiring a CIP Wash Bay Technician! This role is responsible for washing trucks and sanitizing trailers while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. Duties include operating wash equipment, restocking supplies, light maintenance, and following all safety procedures. We’re looking for dependable team members with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and maintain trailer wash equipment

• Performs internal washes and sanitizes company and customer trailers

• Climb ladders and other equipment at various heights

• Follow established safety procedures and protocols

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

• Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times

• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels

• Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the manager

• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Property maintenance as needed

• Other related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License

• Previous experience in a wash bay or related field is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, squat, lift 50 pounds, stand for an extended period, and reach overhead
