Requirements
Red Stag LLC is seeking a skilled CIP Wash Bay Tech. CIP Wash Bay Tech is responsible for washing trucks and performing internal washes on trailers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain trailer wash equipment
Perform internal washes and sanitize company and customer trailers
Climb ladders and other equipment at various heights
Follow established safety procedures and protocols
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times
Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the manager
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Property maintenance as needed
Other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Previous experience in a wash bay or related field is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, squat, lift 50 pounds, stand for an extended period, and reach overhead
