Administrative Support Clerk

Red Stag LLC is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Clerk to join our corporate office in Cresson, Texas. This position provides clerical and administrative support to multiple departments while serving as a welcoming point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet office visitors

• Provide administrative support to HR, Fleet, Finance, Safety, and DOT

• Assist with filing, scanning, recordkeeping, and document preparation

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation materials

• Help coordinate employee meetings, company events, and holiday activities

• Maintain an organized reception area and shared office spaces

• Assist with the daily care of workplace pets

• Complete other administrative and office duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• One year of administrative, clerical, receptionist, or related office experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Experience with Google Workspace or similar office software

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize requests from multiple departments

• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
